A well loved example, previous owner for 11 years, and only 3 prior owners.
Mileage reads 73,000 and looks genuine mainly because of the immaculate but
original interior. The leather seats are perfect, no splits or tears and still
the correct shape with no sagging to the drivers seat. Dashboard, carpets,
steering wheel also excellent. A very clean and tidy car throughout.
Has never had holes cut in the trim for after market stereo speakers and has a
complete factory toolkit.
Bodywork is generally excellent for an unrestored car, with just a few areas
that could be improved. Chrome is excellent including the chrome wheels and
boot trim all original and very good.
It turns heads everywhere I take it, and it’s such a dream to drive I am using it daily whilst the sun shines. Power
steering, super quiet V8 3.5 litre Rover engine and such a luxurious interior
all combine for a very special driving experience.
For the last 11 years it has been maintained by a Rover P5 marque specialist
with all bills included and invoices from previous owner present also.
Serviced annually it also benefits from new tyres and a reconditioned gearbox.
In my opinion it’s easier and nicer to drive than a Jaguar of the 60s for a whole lot less money.
